By submitting this application form you warrant and agree that:

You are aged 18 or over and entitled to submit this form.  

You are a resident of the UK (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands). 

You are able to commit to all the filming days required for the Programme including but, not limited to, 17th May - 15th June 2025, such dates will be confirmed to you should your application be successful. 

All information supplied by you as part of the application for the Programme (including in relation to any criminal charges, convictions or proceedings) is true and accurate and you acknowledge that IWC reserves the right to discontinue your application if this is not the case.

All photographs, videos and written material (“Material”) submitted by you as part of this application are owned by you and, if you are selected as a contributor to the Programme, you hereby give IWC Media (and any of its licensees) the right to copy, edit and use the Material in the Programme and to exploit the same as part of the Programme, worldwide in all media in perpetuity, as IWC Media in its sole discretion elects.

You confirm you do not work (nor have recently worked) for, or have any business or financial connection with, IWC Media or Channel 4 or an affiliate of either and that you do not have a close relative or friend who is an employee or contractor of IWC or Channel 4.

You acknowledge that IWC is under no obligation to produce the Programme and the production team's decisions regarding the application and audition process and the selection of applicants for the Programme are entirely at their discretion, final and incontestable. 

If you are chosen to participate in the Programme, IWC may conduct background checks to verify information supplied and you agree to provide IWC with any assistance or further information necessary to do this.

You agree to keep all information about the application process for the Programme strictly confidential and you agree to refer any press enquiries about the programme to IWC Media. The deadline for applications is 31st May 2025(or such other date as IWC Media may determine) (the “Deadline”). If you have not heard from a member of the IWC Media team by phone or email by XXX, then unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.

If you are assisting or making an application on behalf of someone else, you must have their permission before submitting the application and consents contained within the application must be given by the applicant themselves.

By submitting your Application Form you warrant that you have read, understood and accepted these Rules of Entry, that you consent to your personal data being processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and that you are eligible to participate in the Programme. 

If you are chosen to participate in the Programme, you will be asked to sign a Contestant Release Form, which governs the terms of your participation in the Programme including the Programme Rules. IWC Media reserves the right to make changes to these Rules of Entry and/or the Deadline(s) at any time.
