Pointless is a daytime BBC ONE quiz show and we are looking for pairs of fun, lively people to take part in the upcoming series.Pointless is produced by Remarkable Entertainment for the BBC. Please read this application form, including the Terms and Conditions very carefully, and ensure that you / the applicant meets the Eligibility Requirements (as set out below) before completing and submitting the form. Please complete the application form in as much detail as possible making sure to include a recent picture and/or short video clip of you and your fellow applicant. Thank you for expressing interest in Pointless, a Banijay UK Productions Limited t/a Remarkable Entertainment production for the BBC. The application form is split into a series of questions and should take you approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please complete your application form in as much detail as possible. Before you start to fill out the form we would like to explain that the information you and your fellow applicant give in this form will be used by us, Banijay UK Productions Limited t/a Remarkable Entertainment, to select potential contributors for Pointless and (if you and your fellow applicant are selected), in the production, broadcast and exploitation of Pointless. If you are selected to participate in the show filming will take place in the Glasgow area. Travel expenses and hotel accommodation, if required, will be covered by the production.
You may be required at the studios for a maximum of three (3) days filming (weekdays). The filming days you may be required for could fall during either June, September or October 2026. There will be an opportunity within this application form to list any dates you would not be available during the filming period. Please complete all parts of this form, answering all questions with as much detail as possible. You will be asked to provide contact details for your fellow applicant in order for them to be contacted about their half of the application form, so please ensure that they are happy for you to do this.
