Stranded on Honeymoon Island UK is an exciting reality dating series for the BBC, produced by CPL Productions Ltd, the BAFTA Award winning production company behind Married At First Sight UK and Love is Blind UK. The series will see twelve unlucky-in-love singles get matched up and married, before being marooned on a tropical island, to see if true love will blossom and survive… or dive?

Terms and Conditions
Stranded on Honeymoon Island UK, Series 2
• References to the “Programme” in these terms and conditions refer to the programme with the working title “Stranded on Honeymoon Island UK, Series 2”. • You must be 18 years or older by 1st September 2025 and will provide proof of age upon request. • You must not currently work in the television or film industry, or work/have worked for CPL Productions Ltd (“CPL”) or any affiliate, or the BBC, or any UK broadcaster, or be a live-in partner or immediate relative (e.g. mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of an employee of CPL or any affiliate or the BBC, or any UK broadcaster. • CPL is under no obligation to choose you or to feature you in the Programme and/or any other commissioned series nor to give any reasons for such decisions. There will be no right of appeal against any such decisions. • You agree that you will not at any time disclose or supply to any person any information or materials related to your application or the selection process or the Programme including to press, friends and/or family and/or any social media platforms.
• You are not subject to any legal proceedings (whether criminal or civil) in any part of the world that might prevent you from participating in the Programme and you will inform CPL immediately in writing if you become aware of any such potential or actual legal proceedings and will notify CPL of any unspent criminal convictions or cautions.
• You have never been part of or contributed to a media story or events that may reasonably be considered to bring CPL or any affiliate or the BBC into disrepute.
• Your application will only be read by those persons who need to read it in order to consider your inclusion in the Programme. • You hereby agree not to institute any legal proceedings against CPL and/or the BBC, or any of their directors, staff, contractors or affiliates for any breach of confidence, infringement of copyright or for any other reason concerning your application.
• If you are selected by CPL to feature in the Programme, you will be notified in writing and you agree to enter into an agreement with CPL on its standard terms which agreement will be sent to you following your selection. CPL’s decision shall be final and CPL will not enter into any correspondence with any unsuccessful applicant. • If you have not heard from CPL on or before the end of April 2026 that will mean you have not been selected for the Programme. If you are not chosen by CPL , CPL may contact you again to request use of the video filmed by you as part of the application process (see below). If CPL does not contact you, or you refuse CPL Production’s request, all copies of your application will be deleted or destroyed within a reasonable time period after receipt, unless you have indicated to CPL that you are happy for us to retain your application and details so that you may be contacted about future productions. • Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you may result in your not being considered by CPL and your application being deleted or destroyed. Your privacy and CPL’s use of the information you provide: • CPL will use the information provided by you throughout the casting process, to decide whether to include you in the programme “Stranded on Honeymoon Island, Series 2” commissioned by the BBC. • As part of your application to the Programme you are asked to film an optional short video. We may wish to include a short section of this video in the finished programme to be transmitted on the BBC and used in associated publicity. Please sign the attached release form granting CPL rights to use your contribution in the recording. • We will also use the information you give here to contact you in the event further information is needed for your application, or to notify you that your application has been successful and/or to contact with respect to future casting opportunities. If your application is unsuccessful and you do not grant CPL further use of your application (for example to contact you with respect future series of the programme or other casting opportunities at CPL), your data will be deleted 18 months from completion of the Programme application process unless otherwise agreed in the Application Form as per the CPL Privacy Statement. Should your application be successful we will retain your information for such period as it is reasonably required for the purposes of CPL’s and the BBC’s business and as otherwise agreed in the Application Form. • If you continue with your application, your information will be shared within the CPL Productions Ltd group of companies (which includes CPL’s parent company) and the BBC. Non-Disclosure Agreement

In consideration of the Disclosing Party’s agreement to disclose certain information to the Receiving Party in connection with the Purpose (as defined below), the Parties hereby agree as follows (the “Agreement”):
The following definitions shall apply to this Agreement:
4.7 This Agreement is entered into without prejudice to any rights the Disclosing Party may have in relation to the Confidential Information at law.
4.8 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall authorise either Party as the legal representative of the other Party for any purpose whatsoever and neither Party is granted hereunder any right or authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility express or implied on behalf of or in the name of the other Party nor to bind the other Party in any manner or way whatsoever.
4.9 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Parties and supersedes all prior discussions and negotiations in respect of the use of the Confidential Information.
4.10 In this Agreement, unless otherwise specified, references to any statute or statutory provision are to that statute or statutory provision as from time to time amended extended or re-enacted whether before or after the date of this Agreement and any subordinate legislation made under it whether before or after the date of this Agreement.
4.11 The headings in this Agreement are for guidance only and shall not affect its interpretation.
4.12 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit, action, proceedings or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
